Shortcuts

To make LightWave use our new config files, it's necessary to modify the launch icon as follows:

Create shortcuts to launch Layout and Modeler on the desktop or in the Start Menu (if they don't already exist).

I suggest you rename them with the version numbers as appropriate, for example, Layout_85 and Modeler_85.

Right-click each icon and select Properties from the context menu.

Add the text -cD:\LightWave_85\Configs to the existing text in the Target box. Obviously, you would adapt this as necessary, depending on the LightWave version, and where you've installed it.

Hit "OK" and you're done.
